Hi! I’m Emily Roberts.

I am the owner of Emily Roberts Fitness llc. I am a busy Mom of 2 amazing boys 11 & 6 years old. I have had a love for fitness since I started playing basketball at the age of 8. I went on to received my AAS Degree in Exercise Science in 2009 to pursue my love of fitness!
I have been a certified personal trainer and group exercise instructor for over 13 years. I also had the opportunity to coach at CrossFit Oregon City for over 3 years, and also ran our CrossFit Kids class.

I’ve been in business independently for over 4 years. I am so grateful for the opportunity to have worked with so many amazing people in our community. Over the years, I have learned so much about everyone’s personal fitness journey. I have worked with hundreds of people including teen athletes, pre & post natal moms, husband & wife couples, men and women athletes, and people brand new to a gym..

I love to help people transform their life through exercise, nutrition, and mindset! My philosophy is: A little progress each day adds up to big results.  You can’t change everything at once, but you can do something! Whether you are training with me in person or at a distance, I know I can help you achieve your fitness goals!  

We will be closed DECEMBER 25th. Normal training hours will resume DECEMBER 26th

MY TRAINING STUDIO

We MOVED! I am so excited to announce my new training studio location in a private setting in Oregon City. 16240 S. Henrici Rd. We have just expanded our space & have heating & AC heat round.

I wanted to create a space where everyone felt welcome, stress free, and excited to be here!
I hope you can walk in, take a big breath and feel motivated.

The gym is our therapy. The gym is where you can push yourself. The gym is where friendships are made. The gym is where you can leave all the stress and worries of your day behind and focus on getting healthier. I want my friends and clients to show up (whether you feel like working out or not) and leave feeling more motivated more capable, and more energized than when you walked in the door.

It is my goal as your trainer to help you develop skills & tools to get stronger and healthier in all areas of life. “This is our happy place” ❤️💪🏼
