I am the owner of Emily Roberts Fitness and Training Center. I am a very busy mom to 2 amazing boys, Nolan 12 & Liam 7. I have been a certified Personal Trainer and Group Ex Instructor for over 15 years. I graduated in 2009 with my Associates in Fitness Technology with a focus on training women. I coached CrossFit for over 3 years and also led my Kids CrossFit class for several years. I love what I do! I have trained hundreds of people in our community change their lives and get healthy through personal training, group classes & individual meal plans.
My personal favorite ways to exercise are running, weight lifting, & hiit! I love incorporating Olympic lifts and functional training.

I wanted to create a space where everyone felt welcome, stress free, and excited to be here!
